Backstory: As a USAF Veteran and former employee of the VA, I am familiar with the slow, lumbering machine that is the government bureaucracy. There are many hidden government agencies that seem to move very quickly, without any discernable mechanism as to how they acquire their knowledge. I imagine it has something to do with AI. And if it does, I imagine that another secret government agency's formation is on the horizon--hence the A.I.A design.
