Backstory: My youngest daughter and I are very much in to vampires and vampire lore. (Imagine how excited we were when we discovered that two of the anagrams in both of our names is Bela and Lugosi!) Bela Lugosi and his family spent many years living in Lake Elsinore, California--a place that is also near and dear to my heart, and also quite spooky in and of itself. It provided the perfect backdrop for an imaginary bar and grill inspired by Lugosi.
